Winter Skin: Give A Little Love

There is nothing worse than winter skin which is flaky, dull, dry and uncomfortable. Add makeup to the mix and we have a disaster on our hands.

Do yourself a favour and revisit your skin supplies for the season. Your skin will love you forever (and look super good too)!

These are my current winter essentials:

Organic Pharmacy Honey & Jasmin Mask: A massive dose of moisture for your skin. I love the way this feels when it goes on. Smooth and creamy, it has evening primrose, jasmine and rose hip.

Bliss Spa Vanilla & Bergamot Body Butter: Definitely one of my fave body creams, but its a winter treat because the cost adds up. Its perfect for dry elbows and rough patchs. Oh, and it smells delicious.

Butter London Handbag Holiday Cuticle Oil: Don’t neglect your nails. Hands and nails say a lot about a girl (and boy) i think so make sure they are look lush and well cared for. Pop this beauty in your handbag and apply whenever you can during the day. This oil smell of coconuts, bound to remind you of your summer holiday. Cheeky tip: dab some oil on to your wrists and use as a perfume oil. Yum

Rituals Sensational Soft Cleanser: Get your cleanser wrong, and your skincare could be doomed in my opinion, so this is step is worth investing in. I’ve only used this Rituals cleanser for a few weeks, but my skin is really loving it. The balmy textured cream is massaged into dry skin allowing the oils and botanicals to sink in deep, then removed with warm water (i use a muslin cloth sometimes too).

Benefit One Hot Minute: I adore this illuminating bronzer. I actually use it all year round. It’s pretty good in the winter months though as it give you that slight glow without looking over bronzed or over made up. Perfect for you if you like the natural winter glow look as opposed to 3 inches of make up slapped on!
